I enjoy inspiring and empowering individuals. This is why I know that physical therapy is the right field for me. I love knowing that I have an amazing team dedicated to doing what we can to get our patients better faster. Lastly, I am excited about these facts: we offer the highest quality patient care, we guarantee the most affordable patient care, and we celebrate patients' accomplishments when they reach their goals.

Hobbies:
When I am not in the clinic, or doing service work in the community, I am home spending time with my husband and our awesome pitbull 'pride- and-joy', Tasha. We love living on the west side and spend a lot of time relaxing, watching movies and experiencing great local cuisine. My hobbies include kettlebell training, rollerblading at the beach, singing, dancing, traveling, and visiting with family.

What is the essence of what you do?
As the first point of contact, my job is to make sure every patient’s experience with us is a memorable one. Here at Physical Therapy Solutions, we treat everyone like family and my goal is to convey that sense of family so that our patients look forward to achieving health and wellness everyday.

Your personal interests:
I love to curl up with a good book and a delicious cup of coffee. After undergoing 3 major knee surgeries, due to a torn ACL, I have a strong passion for health and fitness. I love going to the gym and running at the park. I’m also not afraid to stand in front of a crowd to sing karaoke.

What do you believe (quote that describes you):
“Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.” I love this quote because it describes just how important it is to be 100% committed to whatever we partake in life. Whatever our goals may be, whether to obtain good health, financial success, happiness, etc. we need to do more than just “show up.” We need to be proactive. Having a positive attitude goes a long way in giving us the drive to achieve our dreams.

What do you like most about working at Physical Therapy Solutions:
I love that I get to be part of a team that truly dedicates itself to helping people achieve the lives and wellness they wish to achieve. Watching patients progress with their treatments and knowing that I was somehow a part of their experience is very rewarding.
